Has anybody tried to use the GPS Log function. If so what mapping
program did you use to look at the track log. If you had to convert the
file how did you convert it.
I just used it today during an event I was supporting. I just pulled the memory card from the radio and imported the log into Google Earth using their GPS inport tool.
I believe the Yaesu GPS log file format is the "NMEA Sentence". With this assumption, I was able to translate from Yaesu logfile format to gpx format....Much more to learn!
